Due to huge bandwidth generated by proxy leechers we can't provide you with a plain listing of free proxy servers.
Instead of it we give you an ability to download proxylist's gzip archives. Gzip archive can provide highest density, and it is supported by many file archivers such as WinZIP, WinRAR, etc.
You just need to select the proxylist you need most and than click on the link with right mouse button, then select 'Save Target As...' and choose the folder on your hard drive where you'd like an archive to be placed.
Help, I don't know what gzip is and don't know how to use it.
