Many proxy related websites are offering their syndicated content via RSS feeds. RSS protocol is a very convenient method for syndicating open proxy lists, proxy message board posts, etc. Here you will find RSS feeds related to the proxy servers.

for the feed URL.
Help, I don't know what RSS is and don't know how to use it.
You can easly subscribe to all RSS feeds listed here using our OPML file.
You just need to click on the OPML logo with right mouse button, then select 'Save Target As...'.
Choose the folder on your hard drive where you'd like an OPML file to be placed.
Then follow the instructions of your feed reader how to import an OPML file.
